All other returns within 30 days are eligible for a full refund with proof of purchase. Returns after 30 days will be issued a credit upon your merchandise being received and the credit will be applied towards a new purchase. Merchandise must be purchased at whitewaterlife.com to qualify for returns. All returns are accepted within 90 days of purchase, with refunds only eligible within 30 days of purchase. In order to receive a refund you must have proof of original purchase. After 90 days no returns will be accepted.

Sending Us A Return
Upon contacting customer service and receiving a return authorization form, you will need to fill out the form with all the details from your purchase. You will then print the form. This form will provide us with all the details we needed to process your return. Place this form in the box with the items you are returning.
